Administrator of personal data is POLKRYS sp. o.o. with headquarters in Rożno-Parcele, Liliowa  Street 5, 87-700 Aleksandrów Kujawski. 

Data are processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. a and b of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection of 27 April 2016, „RODO”   for marketing purposes and contact with the client.

The administrator doesn’t share  personal data or transfer data to a third country / international organization. Personal data will be stored in the time necessary to achieve the goal, maximum for 5 years. Data subject has the right to access his data, correct it, rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer and file a complaint to the supervisory authority. Data won’t be subject to automated processing, including profiling. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the above goals.
